Combined we have over a decade of experience in educating children, teaching adult learners, providing leadership goals and intiatives to facilitate change.

• Designs and implements well organized individual and group learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders

• Models effective and differentiated instruction for teachers

• Creates and delivers ongoing professional development for teachers and school leaders

• Assists teachers in aligning their instruction with strong teaching methods, standards, and student data

• Observes teachers and school leaders and provides meaningful feedback through coaching via face to face and virtually

• Increases teacher effectiveness by improving the quality of teaching and learning through ongoing support to teachers

• Equips staff with resources and skills needed to implement effective instructional practices

• Assists teachers and school leaders with implementing instructional decisions based on student data

•  Supports the development of high quality professional learning communities (PLN)

• Collaborates with our team to determine needs for the schools to match district and state goals

• Conducts research around new practices: Project Based 2.0 Applied Learning, Blended Learning, Flipped Learning, Common Core Essentials, Effective Use of Digital Media, 21st Century Classroom Manaagement, Google & iOS Apps, 1:1 & BYOD Curricular Project Management; ipads, Chrome Books, tablets etc.
